Our menu features typical regional dishes, such as the irresistible dumplings, strangolapreti, spatzle, potato pies, polenta and sauerkraut; and then, again, a selection of local cheeses and cured meats, excellent barley soup and a delicious apple strudel.

Our traditional Trentino cuisine uses only fresh and high quality local raw materials. Furthermore, we are pleased to offer vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan cuisine options, to meet the needs of our guests: at the Stube you will always find a variety of proposals that adapt to your food preferences. Our restaurant is open for dinner from 19.00 to 21.00.
