Hay baths are immersions in freshly fermented mountain herbs prepared with a mixture of arnica, yarrow, strawberry, melilot, gentian, and many others.
During the treatment, the body is completely wrapped in mountain hay, which is heated to allow the herbs to release all their essential oils.
These wraps reach a temperature of 40 to 42 degrees, which is ideal for releasing all the beneficial substances that can be absorbed through the respiratory system and the skin. An experience to be had at least once in a lifetime.
